In this video, we address the issue of unemployment numbers and how deceitful they are. We talk about who is counted as "unemployed." We talk about how hard it is to get gainful employment as Foundational Black Americans due to policies and biases in the system of white supremacy. Underemployment makes the unemployment data very deceitful. People are graduating with degrees and getting certifications but are unable to get positions for which they are qualified.
