In this video, we cover the legacy of the Negro Motorist Green Book. The Green Book was a guidebook used during the Jim Crow era to keep FBAs safe by outlining businesses that were Black owned or Black "friendly." I read some of the history as well as the intro section of pretty much every version of the Green Book (Negro Traveler's Greenbook). We show the crossovers with the B1 Rolodex and the lessons we can apply to carry the spirit/intention of the Green Book. Toward the end, we cover the updates to the B1 Rolodex as well as the newest additions to the Anti-Black list.
