Benjamin Plank falls into my infamous "operation protect the white boy" category after he deleted Deputy Bobby Swartz from existence after and charged with first degree murder for his crime. His mugshot however, does have some markings but he is still alive. It's also been reported that he planned on eliminating any cop that dared come to his home.
