While entertaining Matt Walsh commentaries and clearly not paying attention, Kyle Kapitanski struck a cyclist and ended his life. The crazy part about this story is that Kyle is a police sergeant out of Vermont and has pleaded not guilty to his obvious crime. So much for taking accountability for their actions. Fortunately for the family of the deceased and unfortunately for Kyle, the felony case is moving forward.
