New court documents have implicated US rapper Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs in the 1996 assassination of Tupac Shakur, claiming he paid $1 million for the killing. The documents, filed on July 18, reveal that Diddy’s name appears over 75 times, with key suspect Duane ‘Keefe D’ Davis stating that Diddy funded Tupac’s assassination. According to the documents, Keefe told law enforcement that Diddy paid Eric Von Martin, another gangster, to kill Tupac. The court records also show that Diddy reached out to Keefe after Tupac’s death, asking if the South Side Crips were responsible. Keefe had previously claimed immunity from prosecution, but his statements have now been used against him.
