Welcome back to another episode here on The Oshay Duke Jackson Channel. I am dealing with the Florida Stand Your Ground case of Michael Dretjka and Markeis Mcglockton. This homicide has sparked a lot of conversations about racism in Florida regarding the Stand Your Ground Law. However, I believe this situation could have been totally avoided by Markeis Mcglockton's girlfriend parking in a space that was not reserved for Handicap Parking. This altercation resulted in the killing of Markeis Mcglockton.
