Simp Benzino Gets Locked Up After Fighting With His Baby Momma New Boyfriend

Ex-“Love & Hip Hop: Atlanta” star Benzino is facing charges in Georgia again after police said he hit and dented a man’s truck during a fight over his former girlfriend. Benzino, whose real name is Raymond Scott, is charged with criminal damage to property in connection with the July 31 incident, according to Gwinnett County Jail records. The incident happened in the 5800 block of Chickasaw Lane in Braselton’s Chateau Elan community, according to an incident report obtained by AJC.com. The owner of the truck told police he had been out on a walk with Althea Eaton. Eaton and Scott were previously involved and have a child together. In addition to VH1′s “Love & Hip Hop: Atlanta,” the pair were on WEtv’s “Marriage Boot Camp: Reality Stars 4.” When the truck'‘s owner and Eaton returned from their walk, Scott approached them in a “threatening and harassing manner,” according to the report. The man said he tried to get into his 2018 Chevy Silverado, but Scott hit the truck repeatedly, leaving two dents. According to the police report, the truck’s owner told officers he didn’t know who Scott was and that he no idea that Eaton was involved in another relationship. Scott denied damaging the truck, but police said a neighbor saw him shouting obscenities and punching the vehicle from her porch. Scott was arrested at the scene and released from the Gwinnett County Jail on Wednesday after posting $8,450 bond, records show. He has had multiple run-ins with law enforcement over the years, AJC.com previously reported. In a now-infamous body camera video, Scott was captured screaming anti-Asian slurs at a Brookhaven police officer during an arrest in June of last year.
