A millionaire timeshare mogul in Las Vegas has accused Instagram star Stefanie Gurzanski of secretly taking nude photos in his mansions and jets to sell on OnlyFans, and claims she duped him into lavishing her with expensive gifts. Stephen J. Cloobeck, 59, made the claims against his ex-girlfriend in a restraining order application and amended lawsuit filed on Monday in Los Angeles Superior Court and reviewed by DailyMail.com. The filings level explosive allegations that Gurzanski, 26, is a 'con artist' who bilked him for $1.3 million in gifts over their roughly six-month relationship, and come after the model obtained her own temporary restraining order against the mogul. Cloobeck, the founder and former CEO of Diamond Resorts International as well as a prominent Democratic donor, accused the much-younger Gurzanski of tricking him into believing she was a legitimate fashion model. In reality, he claims, she made her living selling pornography on the subscription site OnlyFans, using his lavish lifestyle behind his back as a backdrop for her X-rated shoots. Gurzanski also is well known for her racy photos on Instagram, where she has 1.8 million followers. Her attorney, Arthur H. Barens, did not immediately respond to a request for comment from DailyMail.com on Monday. After Cloobeck initially filed his lawsuit in January, Gurzanski in court filings called him a jilted ex who will stop at nothing to get her back, accusing him of harrying her with legal threats to force her back into his arms. Cloobeck, who once appeared on the reality TV show Undercover Boss, has an estimated net worth of $100 million -- and the mogul now laments that his much younger girlfriend was just bilking him for cash and gifts. The millionaire met Gurzanski through a mutual friend in the summer of 2020, soon after splitting with his wife of 22 years, and the two 'seemed to hit it off immediately', according to court filings. The infatuated Cloobeck 'spent nearly every waking moment with' the young model and splurged to buy her jewelry, lavish parties, private jet trips as well as paying her lease for a luxury apartment in Beverly Hills, according to the complaint. Cloobeck claims that Gurzanski, who also goes by Stefanie Knight, deceived him into believing that she was 'a legitimate fashion model' by using mocked-up fashion shoots that were never published, and paying to place her image on the cover of foreign magazines. The mogul said that he believed Gurzanski wanted to pursue a lifelong relationship after she 'professed her love' for him -- but that all along she was using him for his money while selling nudes on OnlyFans without his knowledge. In the most explosive claims, Cloobeck alleges that Gurzanski secretly used his private jets and mansions as backdrops for her nude OnlyFans shoots -- including while his teenage daughter was in the house. 'In one of the most egregious, but by no means only, examples of this disrespectful intrusion into Cloobeck's private life, Gurzanski posed topless wearing a yarmulke from his son's bar mitzvah,' the complaint states. Cloobeck argues that the pornographic photos 'clearly depict and identify' his property in an invasion of his privacy, and have caused 'irreparable harm' to his reputation as a businessman and political donor. 'Many of the OnlyFans and social media photographs published by Gurzanski feature Cloobeck's fixtures, furnishings, and luxury goods,' the restraining order application states, arguing that the nude pictures put him at risk of burglary. 'She posed in the bathroom of his jet, in his private suite at The Mansion at the MGM Grand in Las Vegas, in his bedrooms, on a yacht he rented, and anywhere else where she could sneak a photo to peddle on the internet,' the complaint states.
