Dolton Mayor Tiffany Henyard is LEFT DEFEATED and POWERLESS when The Dolton Trustees defeated The Mayor for these two reasons! First Tiffany Henyard reduced the talking time from the original 3 minutes for open discussions to 2 minutes! This in fact is illegal and she doesn't have the power to do so. Secondarily, all residents should have access to the City Hall or Village Hall to attend the council meeting.
