The Memphis rapper, born Gloria Hallelujah Woods, was arrested in the Atlanta area Tuesday morning and charged with a DUI, consuming alcoholic beverage or possessing open alcoholic container while in a passenger area and failure to obey a traffic control device, Suwanee Police Department confirmed in records shared with USA TODAY Thursday. An incident report states Woods, 24, was pulled over during a traffic stop after an officer observed her make a U-turn at a red light at the intersection of Peachtree Industrial Boulevard and Suwanee Walk Avenue. Once pulled over, the arresting officer claimed the rapper had noticeable "watery and bloodshot eyes" and he could "smell the odor of marijuana" within the vehicle and "the odor of an alcoholic beverage coming from her breath."
