According to court documents obtained by PEOPLE, Linda Reese Mathis filed for divorce from the TV judge on Thursday (August 22) after 39 years of marriage. Linda cited irreconcilable differences as the reason for their separation, which she listed as July 17, 2024. Linda requested spousal support but it’s unclear if the two had a prenuptial agreement in place.
