Kevin Gates' marriage to Dreka Gates is coming to an end. On Wednesday, July 30, the "I Don't Get Tired" rapper's estranged wife of nine years filed for divorce, citing irreconcilable differences as the reason for the split, per documents obtained by PEOPLE from the Superior Court of Los Angeles. Dreka, 38, is requesting joint legal and physical custody of their two children Islah, 12, and Khaza, 11, as well as spousal support from Kevin, 39, whom she married in October 2015. She is also asking that her ex cover her attorney's fees. Per the documents, the businesswoman and brand creator lists her date of separation from Kevin as July 10, nearly one month after Renner, 33, revealed her spiritual marriage to Kevin. PEOPLE reached out to Renner and Gates for comment. News of the couple's divorce comes more than two months after Brittany Renner revealed that her spiritual marriage to Gates was over. The influencer spoke to Los Angeles radio station REAL 92.3 LA on June 7 and said that the pair had divorced after 52 days of marriage.
